Implementing and strengthening the Value Chain Sustainability in Service Procurement through Enablon (Sustainability Information Management System) Software, Risk Management, Negotiation, Review the service contract per GRI G4 Guideline requirement.

• Responsible to implementation of GRI G4 roadmap within textile business. Data capturing through Enablon of Energy consumption, Water Consumption and analysis to identify potential areas of improvement to develop relevant action plans. Support ESG related initiatives like Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance Management, Sustainability Assurance Audit, Incident Management, Higg Index, EnHesha within textile business.• Preparing Sustainability Report and Assurance Audit.• Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for Linen Fabric and Worsted Fiber• Responsible to drive the Business Excellence Activities, implementation of Six Sigma Project, participation in various awards forum like – CII Sustainability Award, CII Exim Bank Award etc.• ISO Internal Auditor certified by DNV & GL.Build Capability of employees (Staff and Workmen) by imparting training on TPM, TQM, 5S, Kaizen, 7QC tools, Lean Management, Value Engineering.• Conducts TPM audit of operational area as well as of support functions on monthly basis and identify “opportunity for Improvement” to further excel• Identify Improvement opportunity and solve it through TPM, Value Engineering, Kaizen, Quality Circle, and Asset Management Work Study, Method Study, Productivity Improvement for Continuous Improvement.• Implementing the Kaizen on Shop floor• Drive “Lean Six Sigma Projects”, RCM, and Value Engineering Project on Shop floor.• Ensure effective and proper implementation of Operational Excellence Implementation• Conducting and Coordinating the 9 KFA (Key Performance Area) Meeting by Monthly basis • Identifying the department wise KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and monitoring it’s and review for further improvement• Control, monitor and prepare awards application document for participation in awards like RBNQA, CII EXIM Bank Award, Aditya Birla Business Excellence Award, CII Quality & Productivity Award• Handling ISO System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), OHSAS 18000, SA 8000
