• Monitoring the health of various system on OSS, Status of Ericsson BTS and all BSC’s via WINFIOL and CITRIX of all sites in UP East . • Ensuring the promptly intimation of alarms and the outage of sites to technician, related Engineer and upper level management in accordance to the preference of severity. • Having continuous monitoring on outage rate of sites and justified reason behind it, so that outage can be controlled effectively. • Maintaining the report of Major incidence, Site outage, Halted sites, and TRU blockage with justified reasons.
