To solve online quality issues and support the process without affecting the business managing quality requirements.• Sampling and Analysis of Packing Material as like Artwork Verification, Dimensions, Thickness, Bursting Strength, Puncture Resistance, Moisture, GSM, Visual Defects etc. • Analysis of C-Box, Wrapper & Laminate, Poly bags, and BOPP tape, Pet Jar, Sleeve, Tin, Mono carton, packing slip etc.• Calibration of process & Lab. Equipment as per frequency • To advice Quality manager on quality of packing components and vendor issues if any. • To sampling & analysis packing components and approve/reject as per AQL /Specs .In case of any out of specification observed inform the Q.A. manager & take corrective actions. • To carry out necessary labeling, release and system clearance of packed stock post testing and comparison of test results with specifications/reference standards/ shade cards/approved samples. • To record / expanded sample online packing material defects and take appropriate corrective actions as suggested by QA Manager • To monitor the proper storage of Packing Material/raw Material stack height norms, proper segregations of trial materials, material under test and rejected material in ware house on regular basis.• To monitor and report GMP, Personal hygiene compliance level during packing process to QA Manager • To perform and approve area/ line clearance process and ensure the process is followed as per standards • To carry out validations and trials as and when required along with production team. • To support quality initiatives like ISO 9001:2008, HACCP and 5S.
