This project is basically an internal project of ITC which involves a reporting tool for the techs of an application support project. The tool basically records the shift timings of the techs as well as help them view their tickets which are uploaded by their name. It also helps them to send handover to the next shift techs and with all the details filled in a form.

Involved in Requirement analysis with the support team leads.
Developing the codes as per the requirement .
