• Establishes Sourcing Strategy for CM’s ensuring alignment to specific BU requirements through regular reviews with BU Procurement Leads and Site Operations.• Conducts monthly reviews with BU Procurement, Leads, Operations and Quality to provide updates on supplier performance and strategic initiatives.• Owner of the commercial relationship with the, supplier and leads all supplier Contract negotiations.• Executes contract negotiations, monitors agreement dates, renews as appropriate and adheres to the SOA.• Leads the supplier selection process with input from Stakeholders.• Owns the cost analysis process as it relates to current products.• Drives the supplier to optimize the raw materials supply chain through appropriate localization.• Assist suppliers on performance improvement, to monitor progress and ensure successful implementation.• Monitor supplier’s performance on Deliveries, Quality and Cost continuously and facilitate Gap analysis and concern areas in order to identify actions for debottlenecking the Delivery & Quality issues.
