So sustainable business development and consideration of environmental performance of company become very important quotient for business.#I, at Green Initiatives Cell, look after product sustainability which involves worldwide accepted international green certifications like BIFMA Level, GreenGuard, Indoor air quality for Godrej Interio product portfolio.#Developing competencies in Life Cycle Assessment for evaluating environmental impact of products, Hot spot analysis, scenario creations, reaserch on Green material. Completed 3 LCA internally with design team. # Facilitated for CII Greenco certification of Shirwal factory of Interio which involves focus on resource conservation, Green Supply Chain, LCA, product Stewardship. Completed GHG inventorization of plant for all three scopes, completed scenario creation of LCA results for one of the products.Received Gold certifications for CII greenco and best practices in Design for Environment award at greenco summit.#Communication of green initiatives and environmental awareness in internal amd external stakeholders. #Green Products communication to customers for marketing and awareness through Green Assurance Card of each product, verfied by third party. # Implemention of mangement system for resources conservation and increasing renewable share by tracking resource consumption across Interio plants. Vikhroli facility is ISO 50001 certified.#Facilitating plant teams for baseline and target setting for Good and Green target achievements and with consulting for energy saving projects through energy audits.
