A P Rajiv Swagruha SAHIRA TOWNSHIP in Hyderabad: This Township comprises of 20 Blocks of G+14 Floors with 2520 dwelling units, having built up area 30 Lakhs sq. Ft. I was looking after all the construction activities, Billing, Co-ordination with client and Petty Contractors, Co-ordination with Head Office regarding Fund Management and Procurement. Arrangement of all resources at site like manpower, Tool Plant & Machinery and Materials. TRITON MALL at Jaipur: This Shopping Mall has 4 Screen Multiplex, shopping area and Office Space of Built up area of 6.5 Lakhs sq. Ft. The Cost of Project is 95 Crores. Odeon Builders Pvt. Ltd. was the whole contractor (Structure work, Finishing, HVAC, Fasad & other services) for the project. I was looking after all the activities as Project Manager and reporting was to Project Director. I completed this project within time frame. This Mall was opened for the Public on 25th Dec. 2008. FUN REPUBLIC MALL at Lucknow: Worked as Asst. Project Manager for this Shopping Mall Project (Fun Republic Mall) of E. City entertainment (p) Ltd. This mall comprises of 4 Screen Multiples, Hotel Block and Shopping area. Total Cost of the Project 45 Crores. Total Built up area is 5.5 Lakhs sq. Ft.

Job Profile: Handling the Project Independently. The work includes all the paper work (including Bills, etc.) as well as personal management (i.e. Co-ordination between the Client, Contractor and Architect.)

Job Profile: Supervision and execution of various items of building construction like RCC, Brick Work, Plastering, Flooring all types of GI & CI work. I was looking after 8 Blocks of the project each block consists of 16 Flats. I was handling Independently all the items in the blocks like Quantity Surveying, Programming, Progress, Quality Control and measurements of Petty Contractors Bills.
