1. Provide Technical and Project Management leadership2. Manage single large project or multiple small projects3. Assist Business Development team and Project Management office in responding to RFPs5. Identify problems and actionable tasks that enable resolution 6. Extremely strong skill on estimation techniques like function point, COCOMO, etc12. Analyze highly complex business requirements. Generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications.13. Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts.Leverage industry (Java and J2EE) best practices to design, test, implement and support a multi-tier origination J2EE solution working with an Oracle DB.14.Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area.15. Hands-on development experience is critical to this role and will constitute a majority of the responsibility.
