Positioned company for value-based care, specifically, to be part of CMS’s Bundle Payment Care Improvement (BPCI) initiative. Lead PMG's successful acquisition by a national private equity and Optum backed primary care company at a significant exit value.

Established a full-service outpatient internal medicine practice in the ultra-competitive LA marketplace. Established a group of providers including physicians and mid-levels providing the gamut of traditional insurance based and concierge medicine. As the CEO, lead strategy, talent acquisition, marketing, business development, regulatory, operations and financial considerations.

Lucirix is a secure, mobile, patient centric, care team communication and collaboration platform that provides a virtual conference approach to patient care. Created Lucirix with the sole vision to capture "clinical thoughts", establish an easy referral engine and improve the workflow of all clinicians and care givers involved in patient care, both, in hospital, extended care and outpatient settings. As CEO, served as the product visionary, and built a world class team of seasoned health care and IT executives.
