Led multiple talented teams of developers, data scientists, program managers, and analysts for Mobile Paid Search Advertising. Responsible for overall mobile ads strategy and execution. Led a complete turnaround of mobile performance with exceptional focus, drive, and strong cross collaboration. Team delivered RPM growth of 25%+ YoY for multiple years; Grew overall revenue by almost 4x with some device forms performing at 6x; Improved Defect rates and Space efficiency by more than 100%. Developed mobile specialized ML models with local (implicit, explicit), segment specific optimizations, device signals, mobile friendliness signals.
