If any Damage or shortages inform buyer / QA and co ordinate with them for getting the replacement or Insurance claim as required.Follow up with QA for critical components & expedite clearance of reports within nearest minimum time.Allocation of materials in SAP for Sales Order.Issue of material in SAP.Generate the shortages list and move the materials to production with Maintaining the ISO related records like, GRS, Material Issue notes, Material return note, cycle counting.
