 Prepare Purchase order in ERP system. Preparation of MIS report according to daily aspects. Co-ordination with production and planning department for making indent and also help intechnical aspects. Responsible for commercial negotiation with vendors for best purchasing. Developing and managing the supplier which are capable for delivery, best quality at rightcost in right time. Focusing on project requirement and monitor them and also prepare plan for theprocurement. Responsible for Inventory management. Responsible for Prepare RFQ’s & finalizing the quotation. Handle commercial as well as non commercial items. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefitfor the company & achieve delivery time. Visit Existing as well as developed vendors for maintaining good relations as well assmooth flow of material. Resolve document issues from the receiving & store department. Responsible for Vendor Development. Responsible for executing the purchasing function across CSM that is consistent with theCompany’s guideline. Prepare planning and follow up with account dept for vendor payment. Successfully handled Audits such as API & PED. Co-ordination with all departments such as planning, production, quality, assembly, store,accounts, marketing, design, R&D. Responsible for daily meeting review

 Responsible to Prepare material requirement sheet according to project work. Preparation of Purchase Orders in ERP system. Responsible for commercial negotiation with vendors for best purchasing package in termsof quality, price, terms, delivery and service with suppliers and sub-contractors. Regularly follow up with vendors with professional manner for material clearance. Prepare plan for dispatch. Regular quality checking of received materials from Vendors. Co-ordination with vendors and prepare RFQ’s Maintain sequencing and communicate with supplier. Technical clarification with vendors regarding purchasing product or material. Responsible for Vendor development activities. To evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, reliability, and selection variety. Maintain smooth flow with new as well as existing vendors regarding delivery. Regularly meet with potential and current vendors to discuss prices and services andnegotiate contracts with chosen suppliers. Responsible for releasing of vendor payments & followup with account dept. Maintain the record of the purchase details ( i.e., Purchase request, purchase orders,quotations, BOQ’s ), Test certificates etc.
