I am Production professional (B.E in chemical engineering) and currently working in a GHARDA CHEMICALS LTD.LOTE MIDC, CHIPLUN as a Senior Production officer since August 2014.My total experience is 8 years and 6 month.Job Responsibility :Job involves manufacturing DICAMBA, Chloropyrifos.Handle wide range of hazardous chemical reactions like Hydrolysis, Diazotization, Telomerisation, Methylation, Carboxylation, Acidification, Crystallizations etc.Working on DELTA V DCS OPERATING SYSTEMManaging overall operations involved in production planning including coordination on manpower management and supplies.Raw material and finished good stock checkingEnsuring effective utilization of resources like men, machine & material to achieve production targets as per standard operation practices.Implementing various process modifications in different processes for yield improvement, quality improvement, productivity improvement and cost reduction.Giving training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations.Maintenance job planning and giving shutdownPreparing various production related reports and CN/FAR/FIR updation.ISO 9001,140001 & OHSAS 18001 audit documentation.Plant complete safety related activity, safety meeting compliance, modifications and review.Giving training and tool box talk to the coworkers and job distribution.Reviewing process safety & environment issues and taking corrective steps accordingly.
