Ltd., India. Throughout these 10+ years of my career, I got a chance to learn new technologies and handle new challenges in a dynamic way. This experience helped me to gain vast exposure to certain responsibilities including:• Performed quality checks for routine analysis and the approval of laboratory results• Assisted the new joiners and experienced members of the Laboratory with any problems that they encounter & advised and provided training whenever necessary• Familiarized with all aspects of the Quality Manual and to comply at all times with the policies, procedures, and associated documents, which are referred to within the manual to comply with the standards• Ensured that all equipment and instrumentation is in good working order and that all relevant certification and records are kept up-to-date• Prepared analysis for microbiology samples and samples for laboratory testing• Supported the department in administrative duties, such as sample registration and sample disposal• Reviewed new methods to ensure available reagents, standards, methods, etc. are available to the analyst before testing or schedulingThe knowledge I gained all these years has helped me to achieve a standard position in the organization and, develop my career graph. It has also enabled me in nurturing my team management, process flow management, operations management, and team-building skills.
