Here I joined the tool room, to gain enormous knowledge. And involved in Production Management, Breakdown Management, Tool Maintenance, Part Design, Team Management, And within a short period of time with my work confidence I coordinated with the management for a new product quality check. In the meantime, I used to train new candidates for matching and breakdown management. My involvement in work further made me became part of the tool room department.• Researched materials for Tool Parts and sourced them.• Fixed Tool problems and production bottlenecks.• Thoroughly inspected completed components to ensure a high-quality finish.• Applied expert knowledge for daily completion of tasks and streamlining workflows.• Guided teams in planning, implementation, and Part Design.• Interpreted detailed technical drawings and blueprints to manufacture some tool parts, from one- off to small batch.
