An Enterprise Adviser is a volunteer from a business who works closely with the headteacher or Senior Leadership Team of a school or college to provide strategic support. We use our business experience and professional networks to help develop and implement an effective strategy that puts opportunities with local employers at the heart of a young person's education.

The UCL team worked with NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children), a leading UK charity specialising in child protection and the prevention of cruelty to children. Our team helped to achieve NSPCC's aim of reaching every child in the UK through the development of a consolidated framework that sets the foundation for an embedded information and communication platform to support and educate children, teachers and parents holistically about abuse.

Ltd.• Identified business opportunities in the Bangalore region for SPCPL through direct prospecting, networking, attendance and participation with various industry and professional groups and networking associations. • Created effective strategies to win in the marketplace, including market segmentation, value proposition development, technology positioning, pricing strategy, branding strategy, channel strategy and communications strategy development.• Managed the pre-qualification process for projects bid for under the Bangalore Region to ensure that the organization got shortlisted to participate in the tendering process. • Conducted Technical and Financial analysis on clients, consultants and leads generated across various verticals. • Met the top management of prospective clients and delivered precise presentations related to client’s requirements to propose suitable solutions for their real estate and construction projects.• Managed key accounts and forged B2B alliances with clients, associates through sustainable contract models.• Managed the bid submissions pertaining to the client's requirements for all projects.An intergral of SPCPL's Internal Auditors Team responsible for conducting Integrated Quality, Environmental, Health, & Safety Management System Audits as per ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & BS OHSAS 18001:2007 guidelines at various ongoing projects and regional offices.
