 Allocation and execution of monthly production plan for CMGs. Make sure the availability of all required documents and resources to complete the valves on time. Regular follow up with the CMGs’ for the completion of valves on time as per the customer requirements.  Follow up with foundries and other sub-vendors for the Price finalisation and smooth & fast execution of the process. Provide help and support to the CMGs’ wherever it is required. Internal coordination with other departments Ensuring the On Time Delivery of valves and customer deightness
