Vinayan is the founder and CEO of Valto Information Technology LLC, a global leader in the digitisation movement. He began his career in Mumbai as a Regional Sales Manager for CADD Centre India. Over the course of two years, he played a crucial role in scaling up the business to become one of the most successful software companies in Mumbai. After the stint with CADD, he went on to join Indecomm Global Services as the Vice President of Sales. Over the course of 12 years, Vinayan would help the company grow across international markets by leveraging digital transformation to global corporations. Indecomm Global Services soon became a pioneer in offering digital services to companies looking to drive growth by leveraging technology.Understanding that he could contribute more to the digital transformation of businesses, Vinayan started his own venture, Valto Infomatics Pvt, Ltd., in Mumbai. After working on some of the largest projects in India (Indian Census of 2011, digitisation of Indian embassy records for 10 countries), he set up headquarters in Dubai, under the name Valto Information Technology LLC.As the CEO, Vinayan continues to seek and identify technologies that can complement the digital transformation of organization. He believes in a transparent, efficient work environment where people can make the best use of their time by adopting technologies that can perform regular office duties.
