Also responsible for building a full-stack Marketing team, and driving Brand Communication & Lead Gen efforts for the services vertical of Nabler (target markets — North America and EMEA)

Responsible for heading Brand Marketing for a US$ 7—10 mn annualized run rate technology startup. Led a team of five (that included a Content Manager, Brand Activation Manager, SEO Manager, Interaction Designer and Visual Content Manager); set goals that were baked with platform-readiness; helped the business pivot multiple times at very short notice; helped the brand achieve a category-best NPS of +55 (in a category characterized by high trust deficit); and helped the brand rank consistently in the category consideration set (in less than 2 years of going-to-market).

Responsible for setting up a Digital Marketing team (Web, Social and Ad Ops) in a traditional advertising agency. Built a 10-member team of digital creatives, writers and technologists, and helped the Digital Marketing team become an important revenue centre (responsible for 25% of the revenue billed for FY 2014).

Worked with the Creative and Account Management teams to create brand accurate and engaging brand stories for brands in the CPG, Airline and Entertainment categories. Successfully led the pitch for the digital mandate of Malayala Manorama, India’s leading vernacular publisher (by readership).

As Senior Copywriter, was responsible for leading a team of Copywriters, Art Directors, and Account Planners assigned to my business unit. Successfully led the Creative team on many business pitches, notable among them being Puravankara (one of India’s biggest realty brands by market cap), and TaxiForSure (one of India’s biggest startup success stories by exit value)
