I oversee the company's financial, operational, and strategic direction, ensuring its sustainability, profitability, and compliance. Additionally, I was the Chairman of the board at Mahindra Finance CSR Foundation, where I led the social responsibility initiatives of the group, focusing on education, health, and environment.
