Understanding Requirement: Gather job specifications from Client technical panel with detailed job descriptions and skill requirements. Coordinating with client HR and closing the position within TAT. Sourcing: Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources from various avenues like job portals, professional networking sites.Co-ordination & Interaction: Interact with Client HR for walk-in and co-ordinate for interviews at various stages for junior, middle & senior level positions.
