Works as a catalyst in three areas: innovation stamina & culture, design thinking, and mindfulness. Engagements involve the facilitation of workshops, teaching, and design and execution of culture-friendly interventions. Workshops are 1 to 2 days long while long-term engagements are 6 months to 2 years long. Recent engagements: Refining the idea pipeline for an innovation lab through design thinking, 'Building innovation stamina' workshops, Career planning through design thinking, Study of disruptive technologies for sustainable mobility.Co-author of the book "8 steps to innovation: From jugaad to excellence" published by Harper Collins in 2013. The book was awarded the first prize by Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD) in 2013-14. Invited speaker at CII Innovation Summit, Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), CIO Leadership Summit.Author of the book "Mindfulness: Connecting with the real you", HarperCollins, 2019.Teaching: Teaches "Strategic management of technology and innovation" at IIM Bangalore (2019-present) and "Management of innovation" at Desai Sethi School of Entrepreneurship, IIT Bombay.
