I Worked in Commissioning Group for EDF Plant. I am involved in Loop Checking, Function test, Start up activities,Trouble shooting and Calibration of smart type field instrument. I have do loop check and function check activities from field to DCS with respective engineers and client. Filled all loop folders and hand over to engineer. During this period i am involved calibration,loop checking and trouble shooting of all type process control Instrument and fire and gas system. Installation and inspection of field instrument. Also i am working in Fire and Gas systems like manual call point, loud speaker, Flame Gas detector U.V. detection system. Gas detection system and open path flammable gas detector.

Worked in Shell Iraq Petroleum Development Project Majnoon Oil Field Iraq. Degassing Stations and Central Processing Facilities (CPF) and Production Wells. I was involved in, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start up activities of process control instruments. Function Test, Trouble shooting, and implementation of modifications. Trouble shooting during pre- commissioning , commissioning , activity and start-up of packages. Supervise / Assign works to Technician for Loop checking for reached target date of start up as per schedule. As passed for Onshore Permit to Work exam from SHELL MAJNOON OIL FIELD as a Performing Authority for preparing cold / hot work permits.

South Pars Gas Field Development Phase 15 &16. Iran

During this period I am involving in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up activities in such kind of unit of Gas Plant like Utility area and Gas Plant Process area. I have do loop check and function check activities from filed to DCS with respective Engineers and Client. Filled all loop folders and completed it with witness and handed over to engineer. Mostly involved in field instruments and troubleshoot of loops. . Check, identify and correct any discrepancies in construction drawings against Standard Installation of Instruments. Checking and monitoring all installed instruments in the field. Taking photos to all instruments discrepancies (such as mishandling by other disciplines and incorrect installation by sub-contractors) and give reports to Lead Engineer for further advice and corrective actions. Also carry out daily day to day activities with Supervisors and Engineers and give daily report to them.

Involved in Preventive Maintenance of Compressor Vibration System and Temperature Elements. Also I have done all types of Valve Calibration and Stroke check done. Also do Pressure and Level Transmitters Calibration and Complete all this activities in presence of Equate Representative. Also Filled up all Calibration sheets as per Equate required and handed over plant to process with normal condition. Also achieve all goals of safety and get reworded by Equate. I was involve in Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activity for various type of Process unit like Acid Gas removal unit , Sweet Gas treatment unit , De-methanizer unit ( NGL Recovery ) and different make Compressor.I was involved in loop checking , function test , maintenance, trouble shooting and calibration of smart type instrument flow, pressure ,level , temperature transmitters and different make control valve like masoneilan , fisher , valtek, flow serve. I have worked on ledeen ESDV, Cameron ON/OFF valve, Rotork motor operated valve, Solenoid valve.I was involved in As built , Loop drawings verification, Cause & effect checking of various control parameters.Integrating to the system DCS Yokogawa CS 3000, ESD system Yokogawa Prosafe PLC Allen bradly CCC ( compressor controls corporation ), GE mark - VI, Bentiy Nevada 3500 vibration monitoring system.

Fire and Gas system like addressable smoke detection system simplex U9400. Combined heat and smoke - detector, remote alarm indicator, manual call point, loud speaker, Flame detector X3301 U.V. detection system. Gas detection system (PIR9400) for hydrocarbon. Experience includes gas turbine NUOVO PIGNONE ITALY with MARK – 6 control systems with GE distribution control system. Remove & installation of compressor/turbine temperature probe & vibration probes. Loop test & function test of vibration monitoring system instruments. I am working in HVAC system, calibration of various controls Valve. Control room cabling, wiring and termination & control system hardwireing installation work. I was Involved in safety tool box talk and safety walk through Safety Supervisor and Operation Supervisor Attend daily tool box talk meeting before start to work. . .
