• Modified housing and sub-assemblies for gas diffusion systems. Process involved designing for different materials ranging from Delrin to 316 SS. • Designed, built and tested prototypes for sub-assemblies to automate gas control valves. Process involved DFM, DFA, performing life-cycle and thermal analysis of the assemblies. • Modified sub-assemblies for accelerated beverage transfer applications. Process involved routing SS piping to mitigate turbulence and introducing sanitary valves for flow control.

Involved in reconciliation of accounts, data acquisition from financial systems and optimization of financial data for grant accounts.

• Designed a mechanism to rotate cylindrical missile body for sustained 10o displacements over several months. • Employed ANSYS 14.0 to analyze the system for structural stability and stress distribution.• Performed work flow analysis and assembly line balancing for the integration of missiles work area.

• Trained in programming industrial CNC machines to manufacture steam turbines.• Programmed G and M codes into a blank CNC to perform multiple operations for turbine casings. • Performed work flow analysis on part of the assembly to cut down assembly times.
