Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, and launch activities to ensure effective market adoption and penetration.Certifications & Legal Compliance in Program ManagementOversee product certification and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with legal teams on intellectual property, data protection, and industry standards.Roadmap Development & ExecutionCreate and manage project and program roadmaps that outline key milestones, timelines, and resources. Ensure successful execution while aligning with organizational priorities and business goalsChange Management & Risk MitigationLead the change control process by managing adjustments in scope, schedule, and budget. Identify and prioritize risks while implementing mitigation strategies to address constraints and maintain project momentumStakeholder Collaboration & CommunicationFacilitate regular project status meetings to capture action items and report progress to executives.
