CurrentDeloitte GlobalTransformation - I lead the delivery of the Strategic Projects portfolio within Global Finance Services. The portfolio spans initiatives to enable our dynamic finance goals around automation and AI, organizational transformation initiatives that enable us to meet the evolving needs of our member firms and geographies, onboarding of geographies to our global SAP and Finance Shared Service platform as well as ongoing service management for geographies that we serve.Deloitte UKTransformation - Lead multiple teams that deliver large-scale organisational transformation programmes within Internal Client Services for the UK firm. This included the delivery of a portfolio of IT transformation programmes and the creation of Shared Services capability for the UK firm including the migration of work to an offshore captive.Technology Services - Lead teams that deliver IT Infrastructure Services to the UK member firm. This covers all mission critical and business critical applications that support the firms operation. A core part of the role involves nurturing talent and developing leaders of the future. As a member of the IT leadership team, contribute towards the shaping of our IT strategy, the delivery of services and drive internal transformation within IT Services.
