Operations Supervisor
Current- Assists with the formulation and moment-to-moment adjustments and control of shift schedules involving al staff deployed at parking facilities managed by the Corporation (Attendant-Cashiers, Lot Managers, Customer.
- Assist with training of new employees, and monitors attendance, appearance and conducts of employees ensures their adherence to published operating procedures and the current Collective Agreement;
- Assists with compilations and preparations of detailed reports including staff discipline, transient and contract usage, revenue generators and local market trends, adjacent competitor rates and practices, rate reviews.
- Monitors and reports on the condition all district facilities; recommends maintenance and servicing schedules to al facilities equipments.
- Assists the Security Department with the co-ordination and monitoring of automated enforcement on unattended facilities by the Corporation's contracted security service;
- Maintains physical control and accountability for the Corporation's assets including cash credit, equipment, vehicles, and supplies
