In my current role at Whatfix, I oversee the entire lifecycle of Go-To-Market (GTM) tools. From ideation and procurement to implementation, integration, and optimization, I play a key role in selecting the best technology stack for our needs. Additionally, I implement generative AI use cases within our GTM tech framework.With over 11 years of experience as a marketing professional, I specialize in managing GTM tools, lead generation, market research, sales enablement, Salesforce administration, data analysis, and digital marketing. I currently lead the GTM Tools initiative within the RevOps team at Whatfix.Previously, I managed a team of five at LatentView Analytics, a top provider of analytics solutions across various industries. There, I built and managed the Salesforce CRM from the ground up, developing flows, dashboards, automations, and user adoption strategies to ensure program success. I also crafted and executed effective strategies for lead segmentation, database management, CPQ, and email campaigns. My responsibilities included the procurement, installation, training, and management of various marketing technology platforms, including ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Pardot, and Seismic. My efforts led to 100% user adoption, a database exceeding 300,000 contacts, over 1,000 opportunities, and significant revenue growth.Before LatentView, I served as a Sales Enablement and Research Lead at Quanergy, a lidar solutions company. There, I utilized my expertise in Salesforce CRM and market research to identify and segment key customers, maintain a prospect database, and manage CPQ processes. I collaborated closely with the CRO and CMO to optimize Salesforce processes and enhance the sales team's performance.I am passionate about exploring new technologies that can enhance my marketing capabilities and add value for clients.
