Responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting portfolio level financials, status, risks, issues, interdependencies and benefits as well as ensuring that the appropriate administrative services are provided to all Major and Transformation projects.Core responsibilities:• Proactively support the project directors/programme managers in the management and tracking of project financials (budget trackers) and anticipate and respond to key issues.• Report on investment portfolio financials.• Establish project benefits tracking and management for investment projects and ensure transfer of management to appropriate business owners post project closure• Provide portfolio level status reporting on the strategic investment portfolio and other projects to the leadership team.• Act as the primary point of contact on a monthly basis with the Australian Division PMO and communicate monthly reporting requirements to project teams• Manage the engagement with Finance to process monthly salary transfers and project costs.• Process month end accruals and journals.• Setup and Update resource tracker on a monthly basis based on project allocation• Oversee all project administration services provided by the PMO (e.g. cost centre and project code set up, timesheet management and reporting)• Coordinate and quality check all monthly status reports and stage gate funding submissions to the Divisional Investment Review Committee (DIRC)• Manage the portfolio level view of projects risks, issues and interdependencies• Provide quarterly Business Impact report• Provide Half Yearly Business review report

Responsible for working with the Wholesale Banking PMO Operations Manager in the establishment, and maintenance of the PMO specifically focused on methodologies and tools as well as ensuring the project community has the capability to apply the framework. The program was a strategic initiative within Telstra to build out new capabilities on Telstra's cable broadband (HFC) network. One of the key objectives of the program is to aggressively rollout a new network capability to all of the cable exchanges in Sydney and Melbourne. To support this objective, a team of Accenture were asked to provide program management and operational support to the various Telstra deployment teams to ensure the overall deployment could proceed at the required accelerated pace without compromising on quality.The major responsibilities associated with this role are:Planning, Development and maintenance of the deployment schedule and management of corresponding change requests and associated impact assessments.
