Key Achievements- Developed & initiated a roadmap of new data-driven digital capabilities and customer propositions, in alignment with ANZ’s new strategic focus. E.g:Conversational BI for corporate, institutional and merchant insights using google APIS and cloud technology, 3rd party data sharing for marketing target audience identification , Customer engagement to build bespoke external facing analytics / insights- Performed deep dive reviews on ANZ’s inflight data program (e2e review of ANZs Teradata and oracle data warehouses)- Developed an investment case and captured the business requirements for implementing the Big data platform (Cloudera)- Facilitate the business requirement gathering and governance, oversight and project management of Enterprise Data Initiatives.- Communicated & promoted adherence to the Bank’s data management policies, principles and data integrity in alignment with the strategic blueprint.- Manage vendor/consulting engagements within in-flight data initiatives

Worked as a Senior Business analyst in the BA center of excellence to support business requirements gathering and project delivery .Key Achievements:- Redefining service strategy, governance processes, Configuration and Asset management process for CBA wealth management to function as a global service provider- Mobilised and led the workshops to capture the pain points and document the current posture of all the CBA entities across the globe.- Performed a gap analysis of exiting processes and services provided by the local CBA group.- Identified the synergies that can be applied across the group and defined a lean framework to implement the synergies.- Developed a business case for remediation of the process gaps. Presented the business case for endorsement from stakeholders.- Implement a new lean automated process for cloud procurement.

Led the technical architect team for consolidating the AMP and AXA data warehouses to reduce maintenance and licensing costs. The consolidation programme resulted in decreased platform maintenance cost of 600K per year and provided a single source of truth for AMP reporting.Key Achievements:- Designed the migration strategy for the legacy users to the new platform.- Designed and documented the Future State Solution Architecture for PCP.- Managed delivery of all non-Bluedoor Changes in the AMP IT Portfolio (Melb & SYD).- Managed relationship with the IT Integration Programmes that have dependencies with PCP and external vendors.

As the lead architect, Was responsible for managing the deployment and management of Westpac business lending platform.Key Achievements:- Personal Property Security Register – Designed and led a team of developers in implementing the personal property security register Compliance change. The project has enabled the bank to meet Australian government regulations and Apra requirements.- Auto Documents – Led the implementation of Auto documents project to enable the business lending platform to auto generate the required documents for loan processing. This project has enabled the bank to reduce the loan processing time 2 days.- Strategic Credit Data Integrity Technical Solution Design – Key contributor in the designing and implementing a strategic solution to improve and maintain data integrity across the group; resulted in ability for client to achieve advanced accreditation from the banking regulatory authority (APRA) and enhanced credit risk calculation engine

Worked on a major conversion project as part of the ATO Change program to enable migration of data to the new ATO platform.Key Achievements:- Designed individual technology components of the Conversion Architecture on the basis of Conversion Functional Designs. - Worked with other designers and the technical architect to make sure that the architecture components interact to fulfill the requirements and meet performance goals. - Participated in quality reviews to ensure traceability of the Conversion Technical Designs to the Conversion Functional Designs. - Participated in transitioning the Conversion Technical Designs to the programmers and balance and reconciliation designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs.- Articulate architectural/design decisions.
