- Founded and led the Product team for an Engineering team of 130. Evangelized 3Y vision for the team, defined PM roles and responsibilities, frameworks for strategic planning and prioritization, and mechanisms to take an idea from incubation to funding to project delivery. Unlocked growth of Product team from 2 to 12 and Eng from 130 to 380 in two years.- Led a CEO-level goal (S-Team goal) to launch FBA selection in Physical Stores. Partnered with 22 tech teams, spanning 31 workstreams to deliver 40+ “first in Amazon” feature enhancements, unlocking $XXX MM in incremental sales.- Presented team’s product portfolio to Whole Foods Market (WFM) CTO and executive team, along with a recommendation to onboard WFM stores as a new customer. Led feature development across 30 SDEs to onboard the first WFM store in 10 months.- Conceptualized and led UI redesign to revamp user experience in 40 different pages that account for XX million user hours.Single threaded owner for a CEO-level goal (S-Team goal) to improve inbound lead time for North America business, spanning feature enhancements in Forecasting and Buying systems.
