This makes of M365 one of the leading paid subscription products in France, outside telco.TRANSITION THE MARKET TO CLOUD VERSIONS OF MS OFFICE (M365):I’m driving the transition of sales from legacy MS Office product to Microsoft 365 cloud product and to subscription model / SaaS. I develop and execute plans with the main SMB distributors and key French retailers to accelerate this transition of sales volumes to cloud version products. CREATE, LAUNCH AND RUN NEW SALES STRATEGIES AT RETAIL: In partnership with Fnac-Darty, I have created and executed a subscription offer sold through a recurring billing motion that is unique in the world. It combines Microsoft 365 solution with Fnac-Darty own security and support services. We have exceeded our original goal with several hundred thousand subscribers to the service.LAUNCH NEW BRANDS:I launched Microsoft 365 brand in the consumer market. This launch was particularly challenging as it occurred during the Covid crisis. We had to revisit the plan in a few weeks: from visibility to training and to PR, all had to be adapted to a remote situation.
