• PMO Manager for the Information Services Program (ISP) Project Management Office responsible for establishing and maintaining policies and procedures as it relates to Project and Proposal Management.• Directed an office of eight FTE’s, including three proposal managers and five project managers.• Played a key role with strategic direction and planning by assisting with budgeting for the ISP program, as well as mentoring and training Program Units to ensure compliance with Project Management Standards, ISO 20000 standards, ISP policies and procedures.• Oversaw feasibility study to support the creation of a Schedule IVB for the modernization of the Image Management System for the General Tax Administration.

Project Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for providing independent management consulting services to the Department Units; Project Management and IT Consulting Services; mentoring and training Department Units to ensure compliance with Project Management Standards, Division of Information Services (DIS) policies and procedures; reviewing and ensuring compliance with Project Management Standards, policies and procedures; recommends improvements and facilitates incorporation of these improvements in documents and processes; and Coordinates and develops templates, rules, policies, and guidelines for the efficient use of technology resources throughout the enterprise.

Assistant Lead for the Procure to Pay module within Peoplesoft(8.8) for the new statewide financial system Aspire. Responsible for the integration of Aspire with the states procurement system (MyFloridaMarketplace) as well as overseeing configuration, functional testing and system test activities. Also responsible for managing and maintaining the project plan for all functional teams within the project.

Operations Director for MyFloridaMarketPlace, the State’s web based electronic purchasing system designed to be the single, statewide procurement solution, valued over $100M. Worked with Project manager and executive management to maintain project strategy and direction. Helped manage vendor relationships, resolve issues, review overall project quality and ensure that changes in scope aligned with the business and technology integration strategies of the overall program. Oversaw the integration of MyFloridaMarketPlace with the state’s new multi-million dollar financial system (Aspire). Savings from the initiative to date are an estimated $18.5M over 5 years.
