Managed the configuration, purchase and deployment of all field IT equipment (laptops, printers, projectors, air cards, and peripherals) , defined business requirements for SFA system, developed training materials for Siebel SFA, MS Outlook, PC usage, and Secure ID's. Created a compensation steering committee that defined Field Force compensation plans. Organized train the trainer sessions and worked closely with event planners to successfully coordinate the national rollout in Jan 2007. On going responsibilities include field force compensation design, field report development and deployment and implementation of targeting strategies. In addition to field reporting I am responsible for developing and delivering a monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Power Point deck for distribution to Senior Management. Created an automated process that queries data from an Oracle database and updates charts directly in Power Point. Recently kicked off a project to develop a reporting data warehouse. -
