I execute several recurring internal communications campaigns for faculty and staff. For external audiences, I manage three social media channels, produce a monthly video series, edit websites for multiple units, and assist with Office of Research monthly newsletter.

I supported the strategic communication needs of the program to connect Honors alumni to prospective and current Honors students. This includes writing news features, developing website and social media content, and collaborating with faculty and staff on other external communications.

I executed marketing campaigns for a professional association that's membership included physicians, hospital administrators and medical students. This involved email marketing, social media across four platforms and direct mail campaigns. I was also the project manager for the Underrepresented in Medicine Initiative's mentoring work group.

I completed research inquiries using congressional documents, inventoried newly donated collections and designed a temporary exhibit for a public program.

I drafted press releases, wrote sponsored content and authored the museum's crisis communications plan.

I managed a floor of more than 20 residents, connected students to campus resources and resolved crisis situations in the residence hall.
