-Secured grant funding in excess of $100,000. -Established programming that engaged High School students in improving race relations including a $20,000 summer reading program that collaborated with Canton City Schools to deliver tutoring services. -Collaborated with the Players Guild Theater to bring multicultural performances to civic theater. 2005 production of “A Raisin in the Sun” was the third highest grossing production on the main stage.-Coordinated the development of a comprehensive 3-yr. strategic plan that included the affiliation with a national organization, Coming Together USA.

- Maintained inventory control of central office equipment for central offices throughout Ohio and Michigan totaling over $1.2 Billion in corporate assets. - Facilitated the tracking and recovery of assets not being used in the field offices and returning them for redeployment throughout the region. - Developed and implemented a regional schedule for inventory to meet FCC and PUCO requirements.- Responsible for managing a team of 16 technicians charged with returning $1.8 million of stranded assets. In 2002 the Ohio team tallied end-of-year total recovery of $24.2 million.
