Archrock is the product of a organizational divergence in which U.S. domestic operations (Archrock) was separated from international operations, international manufacturing and U.S. domestic manufacturing (Exterran).  Development of process waste reduction plans through awareness training and hands on engagement of facility management and their direct reports in continuous improvement efforts utilizing aspects of lean methodology, six sigma, 5S, ISO, TapRoot®. Significant travel involved. Increased throughput of 8 facilities by 26% on average across North America Operations by aggressive paradigm shift in cultural behavior regarding waste and safety awareness. Achieved a 34% process improvement in account collection. Focus on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Accounts Receivable aging, WIP aging, billing errors and invoice support attachments.  Generated $18.8M cost savings per year merging third party maintenance software into the corporate enterprise asset management system. As an appointed member of the Service Excellence Team, performed lead role in post-merger activities affecting North America Operations. Ensured post-merger integration preventive maintenance system activities maintain alignment with corporate strategies, policies and core principals. Revision to and roll-out of contract compression maintenance manual throughout North America Operations redesigning preventive maintenance protection of over 2000 $2M+ natural gas compression assets. Automation of maintenance scheduling processes effectively creating a positive cultural shift in North America Operations. Merger & Acquisition - Assist in paradigm shift process implementation to include development, change management, rollout and metric development post-merger.  Operations Design and Management – Responsible for coordinating the work of outside consultants to develop KPIs, determine method of KPI automation and formatting of KPI graphics.  Program development - Responsible for developing a method to migrate third party custom metrics reporting tool to an in house data warehouse. Work order structure development and system health.
