Putting on the perfect event isn’t only about finding an amazing venue or having an incredible menu - it comes down to every tiny detail. The Big Group’s passion for working closely with clients to create unique events is what makes us a leader in the industry. Ensuring we can offer our clients exclusive venues for their events is one of the main goals as my role as Group Venues Manager at Mural Hall, Luminare, Ormond Collective and Glasshouse. I build relationships and ensure stakeholder management is well-served by juggling clients’ needs with logistics, turning ideas into reality. From managing venue budgets, expenditure and marketing, to sourcing new products and equipment to enhance our venues; I work with my amazing team to ensure we deliver our clients unforgettable events in state-of-the-art spaces. I am passionate about events and am driven to not only achieve the best of my ability, but empower my team so they can also learn and grow as individuals. I take on every challenge with honesty and integrity. I believe building healthy and happy working relationships with every colleague, client, stakeholder, contractor and supplier I work with, is key to success. If I help to deliver high quality events in our venues that exceed our clients’ expectations, I can go home happy, and look forward to starting all over again tomorrow.
