• Create Test Plans to adequately cover all aspects( UI, progression, SFX, VFX, etc.) of new or unreleased features.• Provide accurate tests to identify bugs on all supported platforms and communicate defects in detailed, well-documented reports.• Assist the development team with high-priority investigations.• Assist and train new testers on bug entry and bug hunting, as well as give general guidelines and best practices.• Update internal documentation and knowledge bases such that outsourced and insourced teams continuously work with the most up-to-date information.

• Receive and handle frontline customer calls and emails regarding a full range of IT issues and inquiries.• Provide Level 1 IT support and resolve customer issues directly or escalate incidents internally to a level 2 specialist.• Investigate the root cause of blocked emails and create an automated rule to white list them based on IP, domain, sender. etc.
