Inspired by Margaret Wheatley’s work many years ago, I believe that “very great change starts from very small conversations, held among people who care.” I have been facilitating these conversations my entire professional career as a leader, consultant, coach, and facilitator. Today, I’m on a mission to help leaders and teams unlock the power of the mind to enhance performance and well-being. As Country Director for Potential Project, I specialize in designing and delivering mindset-based leadership development programs for C-suite leaders and teams that result in healthier high-performance cultures. Our work is informed by the latest neuroscience on how to train the mind for new behaviours and better outcomes. Our clients include leading organizations such as Accenture, Blake Cassels Graydon, Imperial Oil, McMillan, Novo Nordisk, Unilever, Royal Bank and Walmart.I also draw on 25+ years of mindfulness training and strategy consulting work with the CEOs and boards of top Canadian charities and NGOs such as Big Brothers & Sisters, Junior Achievement and Toronto Region Board of Trade. During that time, I successfully facilitated a number of multi-stakeholder transformation processes that resulted in innovative organizational designs, bold new strategies, and significantly higher revenue streams.
