Over the past 17+ years, I've had the pleasure of working with a great group of people to grow InformData (formerly SJV Data Solutions) from a founder-driven company doing $5M in sales, to a private equity owned Enterprise Organization that is one of the ten largest companies in Background Screening.As a Member of the Executive Team and Board at SJV, I helped guide the company through a merger with Wholesale Screening Solutions via private equity sale in 2021.As the Sales leader pre-merger (from 2013 to 2021) and starting with a sales team of two, I had the great fortune of building divisions, teams, and capabilities from the ground up, inclusive of Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Client Experience. I helped grow the team to 20+, while managing a budget of $1M+.While leading Sales, Go-to-Market Strategies on New Products, and Pricing Strategies, I was able to build efficient programs and ways of working, while meticulously setting KPIs to measure the effectiveness and profitability of every initiative as Revenue Leader. This resulted in consistently high YoY double-digit growth, while tightly managing and even reducing SG&A expenses.Additionally, I was able to lead investments into new products and technology, building a highly comprehensive internal CRM, and ultimately leading the Revenue Integration of two, 200+ person organizations. This included merging Sales, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success, in addition to leading a HubSpot Sales CRM integration.Arguably, the most rewarding part of this incredible journey has been the relationships that I have built along the way.
