I work with K-12 School districts to solve their day to day needs with IT and facilities ticketing, inventory management, HR service delivery and event management. While onboarding I assess current processes to understand needs and make suggestions on how to leverage IIQ tools to help solve their needs.

IT Support and Project Management. In person and online support of all staff and students within the 6 school district. Supports both hardware and software including training of teachers and staff to best use smartboards, projectors, document cameras and the like.Worked to bring in Incident IQ (IIQ) to better streamline our IT ticketing and asset management challenges. Exports assets and tickets from the IIQ system to further analyze progress and identify missing or underutilized assets.

NHJobs.com is a business I founded. In 1997, there was no local web-based job board in New Hampshire. At the time, I saw the possibilities of the web but did not know how to build the solution so I set out to teach myself. in 2000, I released the very first version of NHJobs.com and at the same time, graduated from UNH as an adult with an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems & New Media while raising our first child.Over the course of these many years, the business served originally as a what-if, a fun side project, then as a part of my resume. By 2005, NHJobs.com began to grow enough to become my central form of employment. As a business owner, I wear many hats. I work on Budgeting, Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Web Development, Sales, Reporting, Day to Day Operations, Consulting & Contract Work, Database Development, Client Support, and Project Consultation. Every day is different and there are several balls in the air that I enjoy juggling.

Began working with Geographic Data Technology in 2000 as a Web Coordinator. Managed all websites (internal & external) and as we grew, eventually a small development team. Working primarily with ColdFusion, IIS, SQL Server, and JavaScript, I managed and built from the ground up, several internal and external facing web applications such as a Continuous Improvement Management System, Workflow Management Application code-named Polaris as well as many websites. Providing the ability to tie disparate data together and display it in useful ways was really the more interesting and rewarding work I did there.I also met regularly with Chief Evangelist and founder of Geographic Data Technology, Don Cooke discussing new emerging technologies and ideas that might benefit the company. One of the most interesting projects I worked on was to tie a cell phone, a laptop and a GPS unit together to track in real-time where you are and where you have been. This was revolutionary at the time and something we all take for granted now.Geographic Data Technology was acquired by Tele Atlas in 2004. I continued to work there for another year as Web Coordinator. In 2005 I became a consultant with Tele Atlas, leaving the company as an employee to focus on my own business, NHJobs.com as well as Web Application Consulting.Tele Atlas was acquired by TomTom in 2007. Later that year, while the economy started to take a hit, TomTom and I parted ways amicably.

Graduated with Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems & New Media. While there I created a self-study program under the guidance of the school administration to build NHJobs.com as part of my degree program, all while raising our new born daughter. It's one of my most proud times in my life.

Ran the day to day operations of the entire front store from inventory to employee management to resets & merchandising.
