About Vince Deflavia

My career journey has brought me back to the Civil Engineering community. After spending 8.5+ years in the infrastructure software technology sector where I was able to assist in serving engineering consultant and owner-operator clients, I return to execute on transportation and traffic projects that provided me my opportunities earlier in my career.
