Partners with operations to manage customer expectations through the use of SOPs, KPIs and other account metrics.- Sells and negotiates day-to-day commitments of the account. (If they are the lead on the account, then develop annual account plan and budget.) Provide update on budget and account plan internally. Review on quarterly basis and make adjustments where needed.- Partners with analysts to see what is driving positive or negative performance. Deliver metrics to the customer and internally. Develop plan for what will be done when below customers’ expectations.- Understands supply chain terminology, concepts, and sector/segment expertise.- Educates self on current best practices and methods to support customer’s supply chain.- Pursues personal development.
