Hello. I'm Vincent. I've been operating in the mental health field in the great city of Las Vegas since 2019. Currently, I work in an acute-care inpatient behavioral healthcare setting. I began in my facility as a mental health technician before I was promoted to case management in 2021. As a case manager I served on two interdisciplinary treatment teams, each comprised of a psychiatrist, therapist, and myself. In the year and nine months that I did case management full time I became well acquainted with assessing client needs as well as coordinating with outside agencies to ensure continuity of care. As of August, 2022 I have decided to step down from my full time position as case manager to pursue a masters degree in mental health counseling at UNLV. I'm currently enrolled in my program on a two year plan of study and anticipate graduation in the spring of 2024.
