Lead for worldwide inventory optimization project implemented across PepsiCo’s 30 largest markets.• Over 90% of PepsiCo worldwide inventory included, resulting in $242 million in inventory savings and 4 Days in Inventory reduction. The was accomplished by modeling 18 months’ worth of past inventory movements and learning from that history to optimize inventory management costs• Material, Location, and Transportation Lane Data from 24 PepsiCo source systems consumed• 100+ Common Format Views were created or retouched at part of the project.

Materials team member for Frito-Lay North America SAP Rollout.
