I have supported server networks in a number of enviroments including Sales, Hospitality, Engineering, Architectural, Banking and Hosting/Service Provision. I am able to work alone or as part of a team, the later prefered. I spend most of my time now reverse engineering to find resolutions to issues or provide support to users, deploying virtual servers, publishing citrix apps and desktops, patching via sccm and wsus, monitoring our environment using prtg and observium and studying/keep up with the rapidly moving it world.I am a 2003 MCSE/MCSA:M with Azure, VMware and Citrix training. My day job is mainly AD support with security patching and virtual server deployment plus storage management but occasionally I get involved with projects around merging acquired companies server estate's into our vmware environment.
