Led Americas university recruiting for Google's technical roles including software engineering, site reliability, test engineering, product design, mechanical engineering and UI/UX. Managed team of 100 recruiters and university outreach specialists spanning nine offices. Developed Google's first centralized sourcing team (in Austin) for university outreach.Scaled intern, BSc/MSc and PhD hiring 4x while expanding target schools by 7x. Increased diversity through outreach to schools with URM populations, developmental support, and innovative programs like Eng Residency and Google in Residence with HBCUs. Designed, piloted (in LATAM), launched and scaled Eng Residency in partnership with Eng EDU.In 2011-2012, managed 50+ Recruiting Coordinators supporting Engineering recruiters.
