• Duty daily according to shopping mall operating hours in first gallery concept showroom inside a shopping mall before transfer back to HQ showroom.• Deal with corporate and walk-in customers in showroom, gallery or during roadshow.• Understand the customer buying behavior through conduct needs analysis, and then tailor a product presentation and consultation assist and guide customer in their buying decision.• Sales closing via overcoming objections and price negotiating. • Problem solving throughout the customer buying process to ensure customer buying experience meet the premium expectation.• Selling other products than vehicles such as financial package, insurance, auto film and etc.• Cold call or meet referred customers face-to-face to develop more sales other than walk-in.• Following up and building rapport with both purchased customer and undecided customer to ensure opportunities of return or referral sales.• Assisting purchased customer on after sales matters such as products problem troubleshooting, making services appointment with workshop and etc.

This job actually was a home based and the daily tasks was about answer calls, reply enquiry and feedback emails, update price list on some websites, make air ticket reservations and purchase upon customers request.

Dealing with major vehicle maintenance, services and repairing for major European (BMW, Mercedes Benz etc), Japanese (Toyota, Honda, Nissan etc) and local (Proton, Perodua) cars. BMW vehicles are the main clients.
