I currently serve as a Relationship Manager at Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, a highly accredited Transfer Agency with decades of proven success as an industry leader. We have handled more than 60% of all US IPOs (Initial Public Offering) brought to market in the past three years. We have produced record year, over record year, which is a testament to our refusal to never settle for the status quo. We provide transfer agent services to over 1,500 transfer agent customers and cross-border agent services to 135 global issuers, not including over 170 co-agent clients serviced in Canada through a partnership with TSX Trust. Continental has earned the position of the premier Stock Transfer Agent in North America several years in a row. In addition, we have been recognized as the leader for client value for over a decade.I formerly worked at Adelphi University, where I served as the Coordinator of Athletic Marketing and Special Events in the Athletic Department. In this role I managed corporate partner contracts, while seeking new opportunities on a local/national scale, and hosted large scale events while promoting the Adelphi brand to the campus and local community. I graduated with a Master of Science degree in Sport Management from Adelphi University in 2018, where I also studied Communications with a concentration in Journalism and other related programs in my undergraduate years.I serve as a statistician for the New York Knicks, Connecticut Sun as well as College Basketball at Madison Square Garden.
